Wobbuffet is a combination of wobble and buffet. That cyan Pokemon is likely based on a punching bag: When it is hit, it bounces back.Wobbuffet never attack first but when it is attacked, it will inflate the body and initiate a counterstrike. That's what we should learn from it. Be kind not weak!
